I’m a person that has been through a lot of grief and loss, the things that happened left me feeling very lost and very sad for large parts of my life. I have come to find healing and joy in simple things. I really enjoy having authentic conversations and connections with other people.
Working with me means I draw on my knowledge not just as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor but also on my experiences as a human. I will work with you to collaboratively find solutions, sit with you in the discomfort, build confidence, process and integrate your experiences, and help you move toward the life you want.

Grief & Loss Counselling
Loss is a profound and personal experience. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change, you don't have to go through it alone. I provide a safe space to process your feelings and find your way forward.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, evidence-based therapy that focuses on changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. It provides you with concrete skills to manage your challenges and enhance your long-term mental well-being.
